CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Gst will be charged to all Canadian orders
2. Payment is required at time of purchase using Visa, Mastercard or Amex
3. All sales under the specials are considered final
4. Any defect claims must be made within 7 days and returns may be made only with prior authorization from Gallery Frames Direct.
5. Minimum shipping requirement - $100 a $10 charge will be added to orders less than $100

RETURN POLICY

Any defect claims against merchandise must be made within 7 days and returns may be made only with prior authorization from Gallery Frames Direct. Seller is not responsible for shipping damages. Purchaser is responsible for reporting and initiating damage claims with freight carriers. Please save the carton and packing material for their inspection.
